This is a high-impact position within a fast-paced team where you'll be central to driving growth, brand presence, and long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage your own sales pipelineDrive new business via calls, email, LinkedIn, networking & face-to-face meetingsQualify leads, nurture prospects & convert opportunitiesLead meetings, present services & pitch marketing materialsNegotiate contracts and pricingPrepare quotes, tenders & ensure complianceBuild strong client relationships and deliver excellent serviceConduct market/competitor research to spot new opportunitiesWork closely with marketing to support campaigns & elevate brand visibilityExceed sales targets, revenue goals & KPIsField-based approx. 80%, with 20% office time for follow-ups & adminIdeal BackgroundExperience in FM, Maintenance, Construction, Property or Electrical servicesProven B2B sales or business development track recordConfident managing a full sales cycle independentlyStrong with decision-makers-phone and face-to-faceCommercially minded, target-driven, and resilientExcellent communication, negotiation & relationship skillsHighly organised with strong time managementPositive, proactive, team-oriented mindsetFull UK driving licenceJBRP1_UKTJ
