new businessfocused
position where youll be responsible for winning new clients and opening new revenue streams. Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
Build and manage a strong new business pipeline
Engage with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
Pitch recruitment solutions and close deals
Negotiate terms and secure long-term client partnerships
Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery
About You
Proven success in
new business development
(recruitment or B2B services preferred)
Strong sales / hunter mindset
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Target-driven and commercially focused
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment
