Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based – Oxford/Reading/Southampton

Up to £41,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify, pursue, and close new independent business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with independent players in the local food market, leveraging your curiosity for all things foodie.
• Create tailored culinary proposals to help our customers save time and money.
• Drive growth and meet profit targets, earning rewards accordingly.
• Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to provide the latest solutions and insights.

What we are looking for:

While experience in a similar field sales role is preferred, it is not essential.

We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to make a positive impact by achieving targets.

Confidence in field-based work and a customer-centric approach are crucial.

We provide a comprehensive induction program to train you on our products and business, so food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
