The Role This is a field-based position focused on driving sustainable growth through new business development and account expansion. Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining a strong pipeline across multiple sectors Identifying, profiling, and developing new client relationships Understanding client requirements and delivering tailored fire & security solutions Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close Working closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth service execution Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Maintaining accurate reporting and activity tracking

About You

Minimum 5 years' field sales experience within fire & security Strong understanding of technical solutions and ability to present value to clients Proven track record in new business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience selling service, maintenance, or compliance-based contracts Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach Proven track record in generating recurring revenue Understanding of service SLAs and compliance requirements
