You MUST have 5 years sales experience in the IT & Telecoms VAR sector to be considered for the role. The Opportunity My client is expanding their sales team and looking for experienced Sales Executives/Account Managers from

small to mid-sized VARs (ideally sub-£50m)

who can bring transferable, transactional business and hit the ground running. This role is

100% remote , with only three in-person events per year. It suits someone mature, disciplined, and self-motivated

What Youll Be Doing Growing and managing your own portfolio of corporate customers Bringing across transferable, transactional business and expanding it Developing new business within SMB, mid-market, and non-framework public sector Working closely with vendors and distributors to build competitive solutions Producing quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene Positioning the businesses full portfolio, including hardware, software, cloud, and security Supporting the growth into public sector as they prepare to tender for

next year Who Were Looking For Minimum 5 years experience

in a VAR sales or account management role Currently employed and able to demonstrate

ownership of customer relationships Proven track record of delivering

transactional GP

(not long-cycle managed services) Experience selling into

corporate customers

or public sector accounts that do not require framework access Strong commercial acumen with the ability to win, grow, and retain accounts Comfortable working fully remotely with a disciplined, self-driven approach Professional, credible, and able to represent Highgate with integrity Who This Role Is

depending on experience and expected GP Commission: 10% on the first £15k GP per month 25% uncapped

on all GP above that No threshold for the first 6 months
