• Basic salary – Circa £40K

About the Role

• Early salesperson within the team
• Managing full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
• Focusing on winning new business, with a 50/50 split between cold and warm leads
• Selling to C-Suite / HR

About the Candidate

• Circa 2+ years of new business sales experience in HR/Payroll
• Experience selling to C-Suite and HR
• Must be proactive, comfortable challenging stakeholders, and driven to achieve targets

About the Package

• Basic salary - £40K + £30K OTE
• Fantastic benefits, including up to 40 days annual leave
