️ We're Hiring: Business Development Manager - Facilities Management

Location: London (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in office)
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Our client is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing Facilities Management division. This key role will be instrumental in driving new business growth and securing major FM contracts across both public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Identify, target, and secure new Facilities Management opportunities across various sectors
✔️ Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
✔️ Lead the sales cycle from engagement to contract award
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present winning proposals
✔️ Attend industry events and networking opportunities
✔️ Provide regular pipeline reporting and sales forecasting

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development within Facilities Management
* Strong understanding of the FM market, including TFM/IFM solutions
* Experience winning and delivering complex FM contracts
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Target-driven with strong commercial acumenWhat's on Offer:

Uncapped bonus structure with realistic earnings between 50%-100% of base salary
