Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will confidently sell the company's products and services, maintaining thorough knowledge of the offerings and staying updated with market trends. The role involves warm calling clients, engaging with new customers, and understanding their needs to build effective relationships.

• Up to £40,000 base salary + commission

Responsibilities

• Develop new business via phone, email, LinkedIn, Zoom, MS Teams
• Build and maintain a steady sales pipeline
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Engage with new customers to understand their needs
• Achieve set targets consistently
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals
• Understand and stay updated on company products and services

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with good workload management
• Ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proficient with CRM systems
