Were looking for a confident, motivated Business Development Executive to join AMDG , supporting a growing division within Health and Social Care.

This is a relationship-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, opening conversations, and helping connect the right services with the right partners.

Youll introduce our services, qualify interest, and book meetings for senior colleagues playing an important part in building long-term, considered partnerships.

This is not high-pressure sales. Its a professional engagement role in a rewarding sector, with clear opportunities for progression as the team grows.

What Youll Be Doing Making outbound calls and follow-up emails to prospective partners

Introducing services and booking qualified meetings

Building and managing a pipeline of contacts

Updating CRM records accurately

Supporting marketing campaigns and outreach activity What Were Looking For

Confident, friendly communicator

Organised, motivated, and keen to learn

Comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone

Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service is helpful but not essential
