CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our busy client in the Accrington, BB5.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to target potential clients and increase market share in the manufacturing sector.
Identify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients across various industries.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Provide technical and product support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and new product developments.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Qualifications/Experience
Proven track record in sales within the manufacturing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A good understanding of technical products and solutions related to the manufacturing sector.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
Knowledge of Salesforce would be desirable but not essential.
