Business Development Executive

Type: 7:30am 4:30pm Monday Friday.

As the driving force at the start of our client sales flywheel, you will be responsible for identifying key organisations, uncovering live opportunities, and introducing high-quality prospects to the business. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performance sales function, you will generate desire for our clients products and services, then hand over well-qualified opportunities to the Consultants for further development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed research into suitable prospect organisations, mapping out key decision-makers and producing detailed profiles
Cleanse and qualify data using lead assessment scoring system to build a strong, accurate prospect pipeline
Secure high-quality sales meetings using telemarketing, email outreach, social media engagement, and other communication channels
Participate in tradeshows, exhibitions, and regional drop-in days, following up on all leads in collaboration with the Marketing team
Deliver targeted direct marketing campaigns to specific individuals and organisations
Maintain a well-organised database and robust prospect pipeline to consistently support sales meeting targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A natural ability to build rapport with senior decision-makers
Excellent research and organisational capabilities
A proactive, driven, and resilient mindset
Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development is advantageous but not essential
