The successful Business Development Executive will: Making outbound fact-finding calls to warm leads, existing clients and inbound enquiries. Build long term relationships with clients, focusing on trust and integrity. Take ownership of leads and potential pipeline, nurturing prospects through to appointment. Use the CRM effectively to log all activity, progress and results. Work with the Head of Business Development and wider team to deliver consistent growth. Driven to reach and exceed daily and monthly targets. Willing to support other activities to generate new business opportunities. Desired Skills and Attributes: Passion for sales and desire to develop your career, especially within a B2B environment. Consistently bring a positive energy and high level of professionalism. Ideally experienced in an outbound telesales environment (preferably B2B). Motivated to hit and surpass personal and team targets. Be confident to prioritise and organise a busy sales pipeline.
