BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – HOSPITALITY

£35,000 + £10–20K commission | Hybrid (Kings Cross + Remote) | Option for 4-day week


If you enjoy being in and out of professional kitchens, talking to chefs, and selling something that genuinely makes their lives easier, this is a great fit. This product already has chefs raving - your role is to take that enthusiasm and turn it into growth.

The Role

  • Build relationships with chefs, GMs, hotels & catering groups
  • Follow up warm leads and create new opportunities
  • Run demos in kitchens and show the real-world benefits
  • Tell the story, don’t hard-sell - the product does the heavy lifting
  • Manage your pipeline from first call to close


What You’ll Need

  • B2B sales experience (hospitality exposure is a must)
  • Confidence around busy, direct, high-energy kitchen personalities
  • Ability to demo and present clearly
  • Resilience, persistence and genuine curiosity
  • Full UK driving licence + comfort travelling for demos
