Ready to drive sales and build lasting client relationships? Were looking for a motivated, resilient Business Development Executive to take ownership of a UK territory and grow both new and existing business.

What youll do:

  • Win new business and maximise revenue through proactive B2B sales

  • Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term relationships

  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell from a diverse product range

  • Follow up leads, quotes, and opportunities to close deals

  • Use telesales, cold calling, and account reactivation to drive growth

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate across teams

What youll bring:

  • B2B/telesales experience in a commercial environment

  • Strong communication, influencing, and organisational skills

  • Target-driven mindset with a solid work ethic

  • Commercial awareness and a team-focused attitude

Bonus points for:OEM, manufacturing, or CRM (D365) experience
