Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. To put it into numbers, we complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Lands End to John OGroats and Northern Ireland. This gives us the flexibility to offer nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge. We're part of the LSL Property Services Group PLC, which includes household names Your Move and Reeds Rains as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers. This position is part of the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) team, responsible for managing existing accounts while fostering relationships and prospecting new ones. The workload typically consists of 85% new business development and15% account management. The primary objective is to drive growth within the private survey sector and act as a brand ambassador for e.surv. This is a remote role, with 80% of the time spent on the phone or in Teams meetings. The individual must manage their workload effectively, aligning with company objectives and managerial guidance. Given its fast-paced nature, the role requires a sense of urgency and a strong desire for success. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and take ownership of assigned data.

Key Accountabilities Manage a workload of new business prospects, existing accounts and warm leads Manage daily existing and lapsed users and contracts out and placing first case. Proactively managed data, booking in regular contact with existing customers and prospects Daily updating the CRM system with all customer contact and adding relevant information to the account record in the CRM system. Maximise existing accounts by understanding their business model and building relationships ensuring e.surv is the brand of choice. Develop a sales workflow strategy to be effective and efficient with time. Accurate reporting and delivery of information in line with agreed team processes. Work alongside colleagues in the customer service team sharing information and customer insight to develop great working relationship. Ensure client expectations are met with contact. Deliver exceptional customer service in-line with company values. Supporting management at industry events if required. Audit and Compliance Adhering to quality management guidelines as directed, and in line with ISO 9001 frameworks. Ensuring that all mandatory compliance modules are completed for self and team members within the set timescales. Identifying risks and implementing action plans to mitigate compliance failures. Ensuring all company policies and security processes are adhered to. Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications required Essential Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities. Exceptional listening skills and adept at building relationships across diverse backgrounds. Trusted advisor to clients, with a proven ability to maintain relationships with existing accounts and prospects. Confident in delivering presentations to groups and teams. Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced outbound sales environment. Proficient in CRM software and performance tracking. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Flexible problem-solving approach and skilled in complaint resolution and customer care. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience Flexible approach to resolving problems and task management. Complaint resolution and customer care skills. Knowledge of the housing market and transactional sale a plus.
