What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on business development role, where you’ll be learning by doing from day one:

  • Generating new business and building your own pipeline of customers
  • Representing different brands across multiple campaigns and sectors
  • Speaking directly with customers and understanding their needs
  • Learning how to communicate value, handle objections, and close deals
  • Understanding how marketing strategies translate into real revenue


You’ll be working across different clients and campaigns, so you’ll gain a broad understanding of how businesses grow.


Progression

  • Learn the foundations of sales, business development, and client representation

Entry-Level Management

  • Start mentoring and training new team members
  • Learn how to recruit and build a team
