Drive New Business: Maintain a healthy, rolling pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting via CRM tools.
Risk & Compliance: Identify commercial, operational, and legal risks, ensuring deals align with business objectives.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills at senior levels.
Experience in sectors such as Retail, Financial Services, Construction, or FMCG (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
