Work closely with engineering and operations teams to optimise solutions. Qualifications & Skills Background in
Mechanical Engineering ,
Power Transmission , or related technical field. Proven experience in
business development
and
technical sales . Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of gear systems, motors, drives, and industrial transmission technologies is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting. Willingness to travel across London, Southeast & East Anglia.
