About The Role:
You will be responsible for developing a strategic, multi-year growth pipeline with food as a central service offering. By building strong relationships and creating a network of influence within target client groups, you will support our ambitious growth agenda and enhance our reputation as a trusted partner.
Key Skills And Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of food market trends and client-focused service offers.
- Proven track record in business development and sales strategy within complex, service-led organisations.
- Experience of operating at senior leadership level, ideally within Corporate, Financial, or Professional Services environments.
- Strong understanding of private sector tendering, commissioning, and procurement processes.
- Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop commercially viable, innovative service solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience required; relevant qualifications in Business, Hospitality, or related fields are highly desirable.
- Sales or bid management certifications (APMP) advantageous.
