The Opportunity

As a Business Development Consultant, you'll help drive new client acquisition through intelligent outreach, relationship-building, and opportunity creation. You wont be reading from scripts or pushing generic sales pitches. This role is consultative, strategic, and commercially focused. You'll learn how deals are actually won — and how revenue is built.

What You'll Be Doing

Researching and identifying potential client companies

Reaching out to founders, hiring managers, and decision-makers

Booking qualified meetings for the recruitment team

Supporting proposals and pitch preparation

Managing a live business development pipeline

Tracking outreach activity and results
