Athlete Origin are delighted to be working on behalf of a Sustainability Tech scale-up who are seeking to hire a Business Development Associate from an elite sporting background to join their growing team in the UK. Our clients are a fast-growing sustainability technology distributor operating across the UK & Ireland.


This company sits at the heart of the renewable energy supply chain, supporting commercial solar, battery storage, EV charging, off-grid and renewable heat projects. They’ve been repeatedly recognised as one of the top performers in the UK renewables space and were recently named among the Financial Times’ fastest-growing European companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development.
  • Project Management.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Networking and Market Research.
  • Problem Solving and Multitasking.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Desire to enter a career in sales and project management, with a focus on renewable energy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • A passion for sustainability and renewable energy, with a keen interest in solar power and energy efficiency.
