Are you a sharp, organised Business Assistant with experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent. We are looking for an admin superstar to hit the ground running and join a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a small, close-knit team.

- Prepare, format, and proofread client-facing materials using existing templates \n\t
- Create and manage job records; keep all data accurate and up to date \n\t
- Support ad hoc client reports and ATS processes \n\t
- Monitor the shared inbox and respond efficiently \n\t
- Manage gift cards, incentives, and operational projects as needed \n
What you’ll bring:

- Experience in executive search, recruitment, or professional services \n\t
- Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle priorities to deadline \n\t
- Strong written skills and exceptional attention to detail \n\t
- Confidence with CRM/ATS systems, MS Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint \n\t
- A proactive, reliable, team-focused mindset \n
