An innovative property development company is seeking to expand its technology function and an important hire for the team is a capable Business Analyst, to join them on a permanent basis.\n\nThis individual will join the business at a transformative time to support the delivery of systems and data projects across the company’s technology roadmap with a focus on property management technologies such as IWMS/ CAFM/ PMS.\n\nThe roadmap entails six digital programmes including: Infrastructure & Comms, Operational Systems, Data, Commercial, Service Management, and Customer Experience.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be a Business Analyst with experience and proficiency in process modelling (BPMN), user stories, and data analysis (Power BI) ideally within the PropTech/ property management/ property development industry. Power Automate knowledge would be a plus.\n\nAdditionally, the main responsibilities involve:\n\n * Requirements elicitation: workshops, interviews, user stories, acceptance criteria.\n\n * Process analysis and mapping (BPMN), capability modelling and gap analysis.\n\n * Work with third party vendors and stakeholders to provide solution design input and configuration guidance for operations systems.\n\n * During project implementation, support quality assurance and user acceptance testing and defect triage.\n\n * Work with suppliers, Estates and Facilities, Property Development, Finance, HR and Communications to align designs to capability requirements.\n\nIf you want to be part of a truly inspirational development project (with an impact at global level) and you meet most of the requirements above, please apply for immediate consideration
