The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Change & Transformation Practice, with immediate deployment to a leading Wealth Manager in London. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of business change projects, with a particular focus on Client Onboarding or other client-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather, document, and validate requirements
  • Analyse and map current vs. target state business processes
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders to identify business needs
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of change, from design through to implementation and post-implementation reviews
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, operational, and strategic goals
  • Monitor and report progress, identifying risks and issues early

Required Experience

  • Wealth Management industry experience is essential
  • Demonstrable experience in business change projects (non-technical focus)
  • Proven track record on Client Onboarding programmes is highly desirable
  • Alternatively, experience on other client-facing change programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with front office, compliance, operations, and technology teams
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
