A leading energy trading business require an experienced Credit Risk Business Analyst to deliver a high-impact risk project involving the implementation of CubeLogic.

This will be an outside IR35 engagement with an ASAP start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead business analysis workstreams for a Credit Risk platform implementation, acting as a bridge between technology teams and business users.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, and Risk to gather and define business requirements.
  • Translate complex risk requirements into clear documentation, ensuring traceability through development and testing.
  • Support the design and implementation of target operating models and data flows.
  • Work closely with the vendor (CubeLogic) to support integration and ensure delivery is aligned to business needs.
  • Operate autonomously, driving delivery and managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience:

• • Proven track record as a Business Analyst within Credit Risk, ideally with experience delivering similar vendor-based solutions.
  • Commodity trading sector experience is essential, preferably in oil, gas, or energy markets.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and challenge across Front and Middle Office.
  • Solid understanding of credit risk processes, data, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with CubeLogic or similar credit risk platforms is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, delivery-focused environment with minimal supervision.
