Role Overview
We’re looking for a Bullion Trader to join our Sales and Customer Services team.
This is a customer-facing role focused on supporting customers via phone and email, providing product guidance, processing orders, and delivering excellent service throughout the customer journey. You’ll develop strong product and market knowledge and work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth and professional trading experience.
This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, learning new products, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and professional support
Build rapport with customers and deliver a consistently high standard of service
Provide detailed product information, including specifications, pricing, and availability
Follow up customer enquiries and support trading activity through excellent customer service
Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
Complete customer onboarding and transaction-related checks in line with internal processes
Take ownership of after-sales support, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Support colleagues and collaborate with other teams to ensure a positive customer experience
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional phone and email manner
Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach
Ability to learn and retain detailed product and market knowledge
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Positive, team-focused attitude
Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential
