Key Responsibilities Condition & Maintenance Take full ownership of building condition surveys across the estate. Maintain and update all associated records, including cost data. Provide professional building fabric project services to internal stakeholders. Carry out emergency surveys and manage long-term defects relating to building fabric and roof structures. Compliance & Safety Act as a technical expert for building fabric compliance and maintenance. Support lifecycle replacement, refurbishment, and adaptation projects.
