*Role Responsibilities and Duties for Commercial Quantity Surveyor:*
* Deliver a diverse range of Fire & Security / ELV services across high-rise new build projects and occupied residential developments
* Experience within high-rise residential new builds and occupied housing environments
* Lead complex projects from pre-start to final account
* Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and full commercial lifecycle: valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, notices, and contractual correspondence and compliance
* Able to independently manage cost control, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and commercial administration
* Experience coordinating procurement and overseeing subcontractor and supply chain performance
* A solid understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirements
* Adhoc duties as required.
*Qualifications & Experience Required for a Commercial Quantity Surveyor:*
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Fire & Security, Electrical, or MEP sectors
* A solid understanding of JCT contracts
* Previously lead complex projects from pre-start to final account
* A solid understanding of H & S, CDM regulations and project compliance requirements
* Proficient user of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiar with project/CRM platforms
