Building Services Engineer (Consultancy / M&E)\n £55,000 - £65,000 + Hybrid + 5k Bonus + Private Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits\n Croydon\n\nAre you a Building Services Engineer from a consultancy background with surveying experience, looking to join a rapidly expanding local company, offering a senior level, autonomous role where you will play a large part in the continuous success of the business?\n\nAre you looking to truly make your mark and showcase your extensive knowledge, allowing you to become a go-to industry expert where you will be recognised for your achievements?\n\nIn this hybrid role you will be handling maintenance contracts and providing technical advice for fit outs, including plant replacements, air handling units, and chillers, in both commercial and residential properties. You will be completing technical reports and visiting sites across London 2/3 days a week, reporting to the Directors.\n\nPriding themselves on their sustained growth, over the last few years this consultancy has built a solid reputation in the industry through repeat business with a range of property management companies.
