The Role We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Building Safety Manager to join our existing team. We have recently appointed a new Head of Service and expanded our team to strengthen our work on building safety. You will take the lead on ensuring the buildings in your portfolio remain complaint with the Building Safety Act 2022. This is a key role that will work across the organisation to embed a strong culture of safety and regulatory excellence. On a day to day basis you will: Lead on the development and maintenance of the building safety case, maintain the mandatory occurrence reporting system and review all the data on your buildings.
