Breakfast Chef requirements: Min 2 years' experience Preparing and serving a continental breakfast as well as to order hot breakfast Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Experience running a section Keen eye for detail Ability to work under pressure Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
