We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef. As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a crucial role in kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met. Start time is 07.00 and you will be required to work 40 hours per week, over 5 days. Re sponsibilities: Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently delivered. Assist with developing and designing innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within the hotel or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and presentation styles. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in both food preparation and kitchen management. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
