As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate leaders to manage and develop our wraparound provision.\n\nCould This Be You?\n\nAre you organised, energetic, and confident working with young children?\nDo you love leading a team, problem-solving on the go, and keeping a busy environment running smoothly?\nAre you fun, positive, and happy to bring your silly side to engage children?\n\nIf so, we’d love you to join us as a Wraparound Manager.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nYou will manage and lead our term-time before and after school clubs, ensuring children have a safe, structured, and fun experience.\nYou’ll be responsible for a team of assistants, the smooth daily running of sessions, and delivering activities that promote confidence, physical development, and social skills.\n\nA Typical Day\n\n07:00 – 08:30: Morning Club\n\n * Open provision and welcome children\n\n * Lead activities, supervise staff, and maintain safety and routines\n\n * Organise breakfast provision and free play or activities\n\n08:30 – 14:30: Break / Administrative Tasks (PAID)\n\n * Plan upcoming sessions, organise resources, liaise with schools and parents and use the free time for your own personal commitments or routine\n\n14:30 – 18:00: After School Club\n\n * Supervise children arriving from school\n\n * Lead games, sports, arts & crafts, and enrichment activities\n\n * Manage staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure smooth operation\n\n * Sign children out safely to parents/carers, wrap up equipment and clean spaces\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead daily wraparound provision with energy and creativity\n\n * Manage and motivate a team of assistants\n\n * Plan, prepare, and deliver safe and engaging activities\n\n * Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff\n\n * Maintain safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety standards\n\n * Manage resources, equipment, and the physical environment\n\n * Communicate professionally and proactively with all stakeholders\n\n * Represent Munchkin Sports positively at all times\n\nWho We’re Looking For\n\n * Experience managing or supervising a children’s club, camp, or activity programme\n\n * Confident working with primary-aged children (3–11)\n\n * Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills\n\n * Excellent communication and parent liaison skills\n\n * Positive, proactive, and able to problem-solve in a busy environment\n\n * Energetic, fun, and happy to engage children creatively\n\n * Full UK driving licence preferred\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive salary\n\n * Term-time hours with structured schedule\n\n * Training and development opportunities, including First Aid & Safeguarding\n\n * Supportive, collaborative, and fun team culture\n\n * Full coaching kit provided\n\n * Clear pathways for career progression within Munchkin Sports\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nYou’ll lead a provision that makes a real difference to children’s daily lives.\nEvery day you’ll create a safe, fun, and exciting environment where children build skills, confidence, and social connections — all while developing your leadership and management skills in a growing organisation.\n\nTerms of role\n\nDue to the nature of the provision - we require our designated manager to commit to managing, opening & closing both the breakfast club and after school club.
