Job Description

The Brand Strategy Director-Emerging Talent will develop and lead client relationships with brand and talent marketing solutions that enable direct clients and our client teams to drive direct hiring, enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance and maximize the value of the client’s employer brand.

The Brand Strategy Director is a global, commercially oriented leader, capable of generating and delivering revenue targets. The key result areas for this position are: delighting internal and external customers leading to new revenue opportunities, progressive solutions delivered to exceptional standards, and service expansion from existing clients and P&L target achievement. This is a key role to drive brand engagement solutions across global clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact within key client account as a dedicated resource for emerging talent/early career; build and maintain trusted relationships internally and externally

Bring deep knowledge of early career/emerging talent, employer brand, recruitment marketing and employee communications

Lead cross-functional team (creative, strategy, media, production) in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for key client’s emerging talent/early career programme of work

Develop strategic recommendations that align with client goals and market trends

Oversee the delivery of campaigns on time, on budget, and on brand

Analyse performance data to optimize current work and inform future efforts

Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity particularly in the emerging talent/early career space

Qualifications

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields; prior team or project leadership experience required

Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage complex projects

Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital and traditional media, and brand positioning within employer brand framework

Proven emerging talent/early career experience a must

Thoughtful and experienced people leader

Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills

Ability to think both strategically and tactically in fast-paced environments

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a full-service advertising agency or integrated marketing environment

Experience working with RPO and talent acquisition teams
