REACT UK is an independent organisation established in 1998, specialising in Anti-Counterfeiting and Brand Protection services across the UK and Ireland. We act as a trusted liaison between brand owners and Law Enforcement Agencies, providing expert support in counterfeit-related investigations and enforcement actions.

REACT UK is also the UK partner of the wider React Anti-Counterfeiting Network, working collaboratively to protect brands and combat counterfeit goods on a national and international scale.

The Role

We are seeking a Brand Protection Officer to support our growing brand protection and anti-counterfeiting operations. Based full-time in our Wigan office, this role is ideal for a highly organised and reliable individual with strong communication skills and an interest in brand protection, investigations, or intellectual property.

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and Law Enforcement Agencies, assisting with investigations, case administration, and operational support to help safeguard our clients’ brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine goods provided by Law Enforcement Agencies to determine authenticity and to maintain continuity of evidence
• Handle day-to-day enquiries from Law Enforcement Agencies in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with the preparation of witness statements and confirmation reports for Law Enforcement
• Support test purchase enquiries and conduct test purchases both online and offline
• Assist with investigations and enforcement actions, including raid support where required
• Liaise with clients to confirm the authenticity of goods
• Accurately record and report cases using company and client systems
• Maintain case records, reports, and digital files in line with internal procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the team and management as required

Skills & Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Confident IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in an office environment
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• An interest in brand protection, investigations, or intellectual property rights (desirable but not essential)

Salary

£26,500 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
