This is a fantastic role for a proven leader with strong listing skills, excellent customer service ability, and a track record of motivating teams. An aspiring Assistant Manager looking to take the next step may also be considered. What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Leading and motivating a busy estate agency branch team Driving property listings, instructions, and sales performance Building and maintaining strong client relationships Winning new business opportunities across a broad price spectrum Overseeing day‑to‑day branch operations and performance Ensuring exceptional customer service standards Using social media to enhance brand presence and generate leads
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager Strong listing and instruction‑winning ability Excellent leadership and motivational skills Confident, articulate, and well‑presented communicator Knowledge of social media platforms Full UK driving licence (essential) Local knowledge of Maidstone area (preferred)
