Overview
Right from the start, you’ll lead from the front. Taking the time to get to know your team and your customers, you’ll be in an excellent position to make your store the best it can be. With our training programmes and varied shift patterns to support your development, you’ll be on the right track for a promising career with us. We champion a healthy work/life balance and encourage part‑time applications, working a minimum of 30 hours over 4/5 days.
Key Responsibilities
Lead your team – you’ll motivate your team to deliver a great customer experience and achieve strong results.
Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, manage stock and improve profits.
Make it your own – your store will have a personality, just like you. Ensure the store is a great place for team and customers.
Support the area – as part of a wider team of Branch Managers, support your area’s KPI’s and champion a specific area to drive business and your own development.
Required Skills & Experience
An experienced manager ready to advance your retail knowledge.
Ready to prove yourself with the aim of managing your own store.
Passionate about retail with proven business management skills.
Customer‑first mindset, building a thriving business.
A people‑person who leads by example and brings out the best in the team.
Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and work‑hard.
