Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop the branch team to deliver excellence. Ensure branch operates efficiently and meets business targets. Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Manage day‑to‑day branch operations and team absences/deployment. Support regional teams with recruitment and training. Maintain training records and facilitate staff development.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Hands‑on leadership style with drive to achieve sales and branch targets. Strong organisational, leadership and commercial skills. Valid driving licence. Experience leading a team, ideally in a trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing or uPVC environment.
