Branch Manager Manchester (M40)
Salary: £65,000 £75,000 per year + company car
Hours: Monday Friday, on-site

About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy and well-established branch in Manchester. This is a hands-on role with overall responsibility for operations, sales, HR, and profitability. Youll report directly to the directors and have the opportunity to make a real impact while driving growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, accounts, and field service teams
• Oversee P&L, ensuring profitable contracts and maintaining margins
• Allocate resources effectively, including out-of-hours workforce as needed
• Promote health & safety, quality, and environmental standards across the branch
• Recruit, train, and develop staff while monitoring performance and incentivising teams
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion

Experience & Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in a Branch Manager or senior management role, ideally within industrial doors, engineering, or a related sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Full UK driving licence
