We’re seeking a proactive Branch & Sales Manager to lead our established team at our Fyfield branch in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership and customer‑facing experience to drive performance, develop talent, and grow the branch. You’ll oversee daily operations across parts, service, sales, and administration while ensuring top‑tier service for existing customers—and cultivating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead branch operations and ensure profitability across departments
Motivate and manage a team spanning sales, service, parts, and admin
Deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance
Represent the business positively in the local agricultural community
Drive growth through new customer engagement and upselling
Monitor KPIs and take decisive action to meet business goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of agricultural or horticultural equipment (desirable)
A proven sales leader who can influence, upsell, and close deals
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident decision‑maker with a strategic, analytical mindset
Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to work under pressure
IT‑literate and confident working with business systems
Full, clean UK driving licence
Discreet, professional, and self‑motivated
