*The Role:*

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day running of our Penrith location. You'll lead a cross-functional team, drive operational performance, and ensure service quality and customer care are consistently top-tier.

* Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability * Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team * Manage site operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance * Oversee service quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction * Drive continuous improvement and operational profitability * Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless workflows and communication

*About You:*

* Proven leadership experience in an operational, technical, or service environment (automotive or related industries preferred) * Strong understanding of service delivery, workflow processes, and team dynamics * Results-driven, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach * Skilled at managing under pressure while maintaining high standards * Passionate about developing teams and delivering excellent customer experiences
