BMS Project Manager (Remote Working)

We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to deliver Building Management System projects across the Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware professional to manage multiple projects valued at £1M+ from inception through to completion.

You will take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

£65,000 - £70,000 Basic Salary

Responsibilities

Manage BMS projects with values exceeding £1 million
Oversee full project lifecycle: design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover
Lead and coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme and commercial targets
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
Manage project budgets, variations, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Attend and lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
Support commissioning and final handover documentation

Desired Experience

Proven experience managing BMS projects (£1M+ preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider or similar)
Background in building services, controls, or HVAC
Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projects
Full UK driving licence
