In this role, you will play a key part in delivering small to medium-sized BMS projects, including system upgrades, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of clients. Projects span multiple sectors including commercial, education, and leisure, providing an exciting opportunity to work on varied and technically engaging assignments. This position combines hands-on engineering with project leadership, requiring you to manage BMS software strategies, collaborate closely with Project Managers, and lead small teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver BMS project works from design through commissioning and handover Manage and execute BMS installation, upgrade, and optimisation projects Perform planned and reactive maintenance, supporting energy-saving strategies through BMS platforms Develop and modify software strategies across Trenda and Tridium Conduct RAMS reviews and ensure strict Health & Safety compliance across all sites Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery Oversee installation and commissioning, ensuring projects remain within budget and timeline Stay up to date with latest BMS technologies and support continuous improvement initiatives Candidate Requirements Strong experience working with BMS systems, particularly Trend (IQ Vision desirable) and Tridium Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification (HNC/ONC or equivalent) Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions Excellent communication and client-facing skills Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK Proactive mindset with a passion for sustainability and ethical engineering SER-IN TPBN1_UKTJ
