Block Manager - Remote + Travel | £45k + Car Allowance
Manage a well-kept residential portfolio with a supportive team behind you. We're looking for an experienced
Block Manager
to oversee
800 units across 26 low-risk sites
in Cambridge, Oxford, Swindon, and South M25. This is a
remote role
with site visits and occasional travel to our Hoddesdon office.
What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day management of a varied residential portfolio. Ensure compliance with leases, legislation, and health & safety. Carry out quarterly site inspections and action plans. Manage budgets, service charge accounts, and contractors. Maintain strong relationships with freeholders, residents, and suppliers.
What You'll Bring
Proven
residential block management
experience. Strong legal and compliance knowledge. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
