We're Hiring: BIM Manager – Life Sciences | Oxfordshire (Site-Based)

We’re seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join a high-profile Life Sciences project in the Oxfordshire area. This is a key opportunity to lead the digital delivery of a cutting-edge development as part of a respected main contractor's Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy.

As BIM Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving digital excellence from pre-contract through to project delivery and handover. This is a site-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment and is passionate about innovation in construction technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement the DPD strategy across assigned projects.

Support tender reviews to assess client BIM and digital requirements.

Carry out technical analysis of 3D BIM models for coordination, logistics, and cost planning.

Develop and deliver project-specific BEPs, MIDPs, and Model Production Delivery Tables.

Chair DPD kick-off meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Mentor and support BIM Engineers and ensure collaboration across disciplines.

✅ About You:

Strong experience in BIM/Digital Construction on complex projects.

BIM documentation experience is essential.

Proficient in tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Synchro Pro, Lumion, and CDE platforms like Viewpoint or Dalux.

Degree-qualified in construction, computing, or a related field.

Confident communicator with excellent coordination and leadership skills.
