Urgent requirement for a Bim Co-ordinator or BIM Manager to undertake a contract position in Portsmouth.\n\nApplicants will need active Security Clearance at application.\n\nDue to the nature of programme being undertaken, this role is 100% onsite in Portsmouth.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n * Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM coordination, preferably within defence, infrastructure, or security-sensitive environments\n\n * Proven expertise with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and related BIM tools\n\n * In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and MOD-specific BIM protocols\n\n * Experience managing federated BIM models with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and security\n\n * Proficiency with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and structured data management\n\n * Strong understanding of clash detection, model audits, and quality assurance processes\n\n * Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership\n\n * Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
