What will you be doing?
As a Billing Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line support to internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Managing and maintaining workload across systems, owning issues, communicating clearly, identifying solutions, and ensuring requests are resolved within agreed timelines
- Contributing feedback and supporting continuous improvement within the team
- Assisting with report creation and maintenance of process documentation
- Fostering a customer and team-oriented atmosphere in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with colleagues within Finance and support areas to resolve issues and share best practices
What skills will you need?
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably within finance
- Understanding of finance processes
- A desire to progress, learn, and develop—potentially into accounting or service desk roles
- Ambition, drive, and eagerness to learn
