The Role
The Bid Writer sits at the core of our Pre-Construction team, compiling engaging, high-quality responses to the Quality elements of tender submissions.
Working closely with Estimators and the Project Delivery team, you will transform technical and operational information into clear, concise, and persuasive written responses tailored to each client and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
As Bid Writer, you will be involved in:
Preparing and managing framework submissions
Writing and coordinating the Quality elements of tender returns
Completing PQQs and capability assessments
Collaborating with Estimators and Project Teams to gather technical content
Producing other pre-construction and marketing-related written material as required

About You
You have experience as a Bid Writer (or in a similar role) within construction, engineering, or the built environment, with:
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
The ability to understand technical information and communicate it clearly
A structured, organised approach to managing deadlines
