Role Overview
Beresponsible forsupporting andcoordinating the preparation and submission of various bids and tenders in pursuit of securing new projects for our thriving practice.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business to gather the information required to develop competitive submissions.
Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and maintain apositive approach to client care.
Ensure all documentation is presented to the highest possible professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
Support the tender and bid collation and submission process
Sourcing, collating, writing and winning high value new and retained tenders
Ensuring the documentation is written and presented to the highest possible standard
Raising the companys profile via exceptional quality tender submissions and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
Work effectively with all departments, gathering required data to support the tender submission
Monitoring all formal tender feedback on proposals both won and lost, communicating this to the key stakeholders
Participating in a lessons learned analysis where necessary to continuously improve the quality of our bid library may be required
Working with multiple stakeholders across the business
Working with the marketing team to provide information to create specific case studies as evidence of the value of our services
Completing multiple projects at once, working to strict and demanding deadlines
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
DBS checked
Strong IT Skills required
Confident using Microsoft Office and systems such as Monday, SharePoint, Dropbox etc.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage workload independently
Ability to work collaboratively as a supportive team player.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally
Willingness to learn within the Construction / Passive Fire Protection sector
