They look after students between the ages of 11 and 18, all of which have been identified as struggling with social, emotional and mental health needs.\n\nMany of these students come from tricky backgrounds, and have never been modelled healthy ways to process and regulate their feelings and emotions. This school are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to come in and work on conflict resolution, behaviour support plans and mental health support plans.
